Per arc . and it doesn’t really ruin the story structure . just go with the flow . the main thing is “timeline” he should be having children soon and those kids should have amazing bloodlines . but if they leave it one dimensional like that well .. That’ll be truly disappointing.
Most of the time once the Harem reaches a certain size, 80% of the author’s creativity is devoted to figuring out a reason why most of the women are somewhere else at any given time, though I haven’t read that particular one.
